Ubi update

Cassava have been growing rapidly now. The plant is taller then me obviously!





I'm not sure when we can harvest the cassava. May be in another few months!

    Here, cassava is ready to be harvested about 6-10 months after planting, depend on the variety.

    Sue: The roots. Some cook the young leaves too! ;)
