Winged beans flowering!

I should admit that i put very minimum attention to Winged bean vine! I don't know how long it takes for them to flower in good condition but mine took 3 months. I almost forgot about this plant even though it's just front of my back door.

I never put a proper trellis for them to climb, so they decided to get over my Marigold then up to the gate! Plants have their own way to survive!

Basil taking the whole bed!

This Holy basil was a gift for me in the midst of me searching for it! You can read about it in Holy basil label on how i got it.

At first i was so careful with them. Every time I pluck their leaves I will check only for the bigger leaves, I make sure I water , do weeding, etc. This Holy Basil was growing with Butter daisy but look at how it had conquered the whole bed for itself! Besides I can see many young seedling around my garden. I think it's invasive plant to some extend! However, for the whole goodness it has, I don't mind the invasion!

roselle - Harvest time again!

I'm getting continuous supply of juice at home now. No more kordel, no preservative, no artificial colouring but pure juice fully packed with vitamin!

Too much fruits make the branches touching the ground. I have harvested all of them for a big bottle of Roselle juice! Enough for atleast 2 weeks consumption!

Pink Hibiscus

A year ago this pink hibiscus shrub was so small. After a year look at how big it is now! It's almost reaching the sky! hahhaa......

It has over grown without any pruning i guess. I just finishing re-potting some plants so the area look so messy.

I haven't done any pruning since i like to see them flowering profusely at height! Hibiscus can be grown from cuttings so I think i should try to propagate this plant!

Lemon or lime?

This is another plant i grow from seed. It's not intentionally grown actually..... As usual i use to throw many kitchen waste to the compose area. I think i have thrown some lime or lemon seeds too.

I'm not sure if it's lemon or lime but i transplanted it to the bed together with Indian Borage. There are many other plants too like weeds and self seeded Amaranth @ Bayam. It reminds me that there are a lot of weeding need to be done!

Anyway, The lime /  lemon seems to grow happily. It has thorns on the branches. Green little grasshoppers love the leaves.  Anyone know whether it's lime or lemon?
