My kangkungs grow much better after I move them on to the ground. Looks so flourish during the wet and warm weather. But again, the grasshopper always never let me enjoy the crispy and tasty shoots.
I learning to eat raw after I saw my brother have it as a salad with sambal belacan. Ya, the shoots are crispy and tasty.
