Pak Choy after harvest


Last week I harvested handful of Pak Choy. The harvest is enough for my family meal. They taste so fresh and juicy.





Currently Pak Choy adding leaves again . This vegetable is rich in vitamin A and C.

    Sue: Yes, just snip the matured leaves. They rest will grow back
