Are you going to harvest the bigger leaves (cut and come again) and let them grow new leaves. Those are big health Pak Chois.
Your pak choi look really healthy - here in the UK the slugs and snails have eaten all mine. Any that survived have already started throwing up flower heads - but I will persevere!
Pak Choy is very green and healthy!
